We enjoy being a hands on builder, we are here to help you with whatever you need. We can help you find a local lender, help you choose your colors and even listen to what you want in your home in order to possibly alter what we have to better suit your needs. Steve is a licensed Real Estate Broker and can be involved in that capacity for you as well, or we offer a co-broke fee to your Agent if you currently have representation.
We have several plans available as well as modified plan options if what you see doesn’t seem perfect for you. One of our goals as a construction company is to not get complacent with styles. Every builder can build the same type and look of home. We have found good success with taking plans from other states. Pre-planning with the blueprint is a key. Drawing upon our real estate background our plans tend to the very functional with a great use of space.
